Registration includes:
Training Plans; Group Runs (including water coolers for Saturday long runs); Pacers for all paces - Saturday Long Runs, choice of Technical Tee or Singlet (optional hoodie available for purchase); Nutrition & Hydration Samples; Discount to Charlotte Running Company; Yoga Classes 2 x per month; Clinics on Good Running Form, Injury Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration; and Group Socials & Meetups!
