Celebrate one of the longest days of the year with the Multi Grouse Grind Challenge – Centennial Edition! Push your limits at one of the North Shore’s most iconic endurance challenges.
On Monday, June 22nd, 2026, join fellow Grinders from dawn to dusk as you take on the Grouse Grind as many times as you can. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, competing with friends, or supporting a great cause, this is your chance to be part of Grouse Mountain’s Centennial Year legacy while raising vital funds for North Shore Rescue. Your participation helps mark 100 years of adventure, community, and outdoor fun on the mountain.
This is the official and only sanctioned event to determine the record-holder for the most ascents of the Grouse Grind in a single day. With the Blue Grouse Gondola, descending the mountain is quicker and easier than ever — giving you more time for Grinds and a real shot at smashing last year's record 21 Grinds!

Fundraising Requirement
A minimum of $150 must be raised by each race applicant using their personal fundraising page on Race Roster. All applicants must meet the fundraising minimum by Thursday, June 11th to be eligible to participate.
Keep up the fundraising! So you've met the $150 minimum, but no need to stop there! A prize will be awarded to the participant who has raised the most money for North Shore Rescue.
Each Participant Receives:
- 1 x Event Bib with RFID Race Chip, valid for multi-use download all day on Monday, June 22nd
- 2 x Multi-Use Mountain Admission Ticket, valid for multiple downloads on Monday, June 22nd. Give these tickets to your biggest support people or cheerleaders so they can help take care of you on race day.
- Aid Station Access - all participants will receive access to aid station snacks and drinks throughout race day. Product offerings will vary throughout the day based on supply. Please note that this is to supplement your meals, not replace them - to ensure that you have everything you need on race day, we strongly encourage you to pack all your favorite foods to keep you fueled as well!
As part of Grouse Mountain's wider sustainability initiatives, we're working to reduce waste at our events. This year, our race events will be going cupless, meaning we are eliminating the use of disposable cups at aid stations. All participants will receive access to aid station hydration throughout the day, however we ask that you carry your own refillable hydration vessel.
HydraPak SpeedCups are a great re-usable alternative to disposable cups for those who do not wish to carry a bottle or hydration vest and are available to purchase from the Multi Grouse Grind Challenge store at a reduced rate.
