Teams
If your team HAS NOT BEEN CREATED by someone else:
During the registration process, in the Teams Section, if you are the first person on the TEAM to register YOU MUST create the team name. The person who creates the team MAY also create a team passcode to restrict membership to the team (THIS IS NOT REQUIRED). If a passcode is created, make sure the code is shared with team members so they can join the team.
How do I join a team during registration?
If your team HAS ALREADY BEEN CREATED by someone else:
- View Teams and find your team name. Select "Join Team." Complete the registration process.
OR
- During the registration process, in the Teams Section select the team name from the dropdown menu in the Team Section. NOTE: for this event there are A LOT of teams. Please scroll through the entire list a couple times before creating a NEW TEAM NAME, to make sure your team has NOT already been created.
How do I add myself to a team after registering? How do I switch teams after registering?
If your decide to JOIN a TEAM or SWITCH TEAMS after you have registered, log into your Race Roster Participant Dashboard. Select this event. Under the team header, select the "Add team" button. Use the dropdown to select/change your team.

Registration Policies
- Last day to register and be guaranteed to receive a participant shirt for the race is October 31, 2026
- Registrations after 10/31 will receive a SHIRT AS SUPPLIES LAST in REGISTRATION
- GOTR participants DO NOT automatically receive a GingerSnap shirt with their participation
- Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event for any reason
- There will be no refunds for the 2026 race, entries are transferable for a $5.00 fee - TRANSFER
- Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God"
