Our 6th annual Be a Part of the Cure Walk is on May 2 at War Memorial Stadium, raising awareness for ALL cancers, celebrating survivors from across our communities, educating participants about early detection, prevention, healthy living, and informing participants about the resources available throughout their communities. It is a morning of fun, sharing stories, enjoying free food, experiencing the Kids Discovery Zone, and the Growing Hope survivor area for a celebration of hope. A 1k or 5k walk to raise funds for cancer research, which impacts the health of those diagnosed today and tomorrow. The mobile mammovan and lung screening vans will be on-site. Enjoy entertainment from the local schools, volunteer, or register to walk as a community. Make your voice heard in the fight against cancer. Proceeds go to fund cancer research in the state of Arkansas.
