Prior Lake Dental Dash 5K
Run or Walk
Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement for a scenic 5K route through beautiful Prior Lake. Whether you're running competitively or walking with friends and family, every step you take supports a meaningful cause.

Tooth Trot (.25 Mile Kids Run)
Introduce your youngsters (ages 2–12) to the wonderful world of running at the Prior Lake Dental Tooth Trot!
Turn race day into family day and give your little runners the chance to burn some energy and cross their own finish line. The Tooth Trot is a short, fun run designed to give kids the excitement of race day in a supportive and energetic environment. Kids participants will receive their own Race T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and tons of cheering from the crowd!
Run for the Dogs 🐾
This year, the Prior Lake Dental Dash is proud to support Spot's Last Stop Canine Rescue. Spot’s Last Stop is dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-risk situations and helping them find safe, loving forever homes. Through rescue efforts, foster care, and adoption programs, they work tirelessly to give dogs a second chance.
By participating in the Dental Dash, you are helping provide:

NEW 2026 COURSE – 5K Run/Walk
The Prior Lake Dental Dash 5K course is designed to be fun, approachable, and scenic for runners and walkers of all levels. The race will start and finish near Prior Lake Dental and guide participants along a clearly marked route through the surrounding Prior Lake community utilizing Prior Lake's new trails and residential routes.
Course highlights include:
• Clearly marked mile markers
• A halfway hydration station
• Friendly volunteers and course guides
• A lively finish line celebration
Whether you run, jog, or stroll, the best part is crossing the finish line with the crowd cheering you on!
