Grind to Give 5K

Step out for a fun, family-friendly 5K run/walk open to everyone—athletes, beginners, kids, and seniors alike!

Hosted by Let’s Give Back and G2G Run Club, this feel-good event brings the community together for fitness, fun, and purpose.

All proceeds support The Aidaneed Foundation, helping provide essential specialised mobility equipment for persons with disabilities across Trinidad and Tobago.

You can also make a direct impact by sponsoring a race entry for a person with a disability currently using a wheelchair—giving them the chance to be part of the experience.
