My Story…
I’m lacing up for the Strides for Seniors 5K for the second year with my team Music & Memories to make every step count! Through my work bringing music, joy, and connection to seniors, I’ve witnessed the power of song to spark smiles, memories, and even a little dancing. Now, I’m hitting the pavement to support CHATS Community & Home Assistance to Seniors to uplift our elders every day. Come run, walk, or waltz with me - whatever your pace, your presence makes a difference. Let’s move for a meaningful cause... and maybe sing a few tunes along the way!
