Lace up your running shoes and kick off Barnstead Old Home Day with a fun and fast 5K! Whether you're a seasoned racer, getting back into running, or tackling your very first race, this course is perfect for everyone. The route is flat, fast, and full of community spirit.

Exciting news to add this year! After the incredible support shown at last year’s race, I am beyond grateful to continue working alongside Coach Giunta and thankful he included me in this adventure once again. Returning to running has been such a rewarding part of my life, and through that journey came the idea of creating a youth running program for our area.

With the help of some amazing friends and family — who have been working right alongside me to make this happen — Barnstead Break Through Youth Running was created. Over the past few months, we have been taking the steps together to get this program up and running, with the goal of creating fun, supportive running opportunities for kids and families in our community.

Granite State Race Services will be professionally timing the race this year!

Location: 1 Parade Circle, Barnstead, NH 03218

Race Day: Saturday, August 8, 2026 – Old Home Day Morning

Parking: Barnstead Fire Department (Do not block bay doors) & Old Home Day Parking- Look for signage

🕖 Race Day Registration & Bib Pick-Up: 7:00 AM

🏁 Race Start: 8:00 AM
