The Beneva Vancouver Half Marathon Women's Training Program is a comprehensive 12-week plan, designed to prepare women to run a half marathon on June 28th.
Starting on April 6th, this women-led/women-curated program offers a structured training schedule, based on your goals for the race. Along the way, we will introduce guest speakers/coaches who will provide insights and tips on topics specifically relevant to women training for a half marathon. We will also aim to have a few in-person runs to help you connect with other women, and give you some company on those longer runs!
From nutrition and injury prevention to mental resilience and race day strategies, these sessions are designed to support and empower female runners.
The program culminates in the Beneva Vancouver Half Marathon on June 28th, guiding participants every step of the way towards achieving their running goals.
