Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 11:00am for the 3rd annual Poley Peak Pursuit. Poley Mountain offers something for everyone! The 5km is a fantastic, approachable loop on flowy single-track trails—perfect for your first mountain run. The 13km is built for grit, featuring a final, heart-pumping climb up "The Chute." Whether you’re flying through the 5k or conquering the 13k, the energy at the lodge will pull you toward that finish line!
You Registration fee includes:
- You day ticket to Poley Mountain for their Fall Festival (Post-run Vendors and Chairlift rides)
- $5 donation to a charity
- A sweet swag bag
- A summit aid station
- Race Roster transaction fees

THE FINE PRINT (PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING)
- Online Registration Only: Closes at 11:59pm on Friday, October 2, 2026
- No deferrals or refunds: Please consider the Refund Protection option at checkout. This will cover you for a variety of reasons. It is your responsibility to know what the insurance covers.
- Transfers:
- Transferring to another runner is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, October 2, 2026
- Transferring to another distance is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, October 2, 2026
- Hike/Run ticket: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A HIKE/RUN TICKET TO POLEY MOUNTAIN. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE REGISTRATION OPTION BELOW AND CHOOSE THE ONE THAT BEST APPLIES TO YOU.
- PET POLICY: We love your pups, but unfortunately for safety reasons, they are prohibited from racing with you. Your support crew is welcome to bring them on site, if leashed and under control.
- SWAG: We cannot guarantee swag if you register after September 2, 2026.
**All participants will receive an 'Athlete Guide' prior to race day with all the race information you can handle.**

1. Transferring to a new participant...
You can transfer your bib to anyone - $2.25 Race Roster fee (To be paid by the new participant)
- Find a willing participant, and get their email address.
- Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
- Add the new recipient's email.
- Once the transfer is initiated, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.
The original participant is refunded their registration, and the new participant purchases the bib (plus the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee).
NOTE: The new participant must transfer into the same distance category as the original participant. After the transfer is complete, the new participant can follow the steps below if they want to transfer to a new distance, however will be subject to another $2.25 transfer fee from Race Roster.
2. Transferring to another distance (aka: sub-event)...
You can transfer to a new distance - $2.25 Race Roster fee
- Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
- Select the option: "Transfer to a new sub-event"
- Select the new distance you would like to transfer to
- Start the transfer
- Find the email from Race Roster, and Complete the Transfer.
If you are transfer up (aka, longer distance) your original payment will be used as a credit, and you will be charged the difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.
If you are transferring down (aka, shorter distance), you will be refunded any difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.
