What is it?
Join us for the MVCC “Run Like It’s 1999” 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run, a fun and family-friendly event benefiting our newly established Employee Scholarship Fund.
When is it?
Saturday, May 16
Both the 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K races will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. Participants may begin arriving at 7:00 AM.
Please arrive early to:
- Enjoy complimentary pre-run stretching
- Get energized with music from our DJ
Where is it?
Both races will begin at the Hole #1 Tee Box and run throughout the Mira Vista neighborhood, finishing at the Clubhouse.

Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome! This is a family-friendly event open to:
- Members and their guests
- Mira Vista residents
- MVCC employees and their families
Can I walk instead of run?
Absolutely!
- The 1 Mile Fun Run is perfect for kids or those who prefer a shorter distance.
- Participants are also welcome to walk or run the 5K at their own pace.

When can I pick up my t-shirt and runner’s bib?
T-shirt and race bib pickup will be available at the Clubhouse during the two days leading up to race day, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
