Lace up your shoes and join us for the La Vista Loop, a fun, family-friendly 1-mile timed run through the heart of our community! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a first-time participant, or just looking for a great way to stay active, this event offers something for everyone. The race begins at 8 a.m. at Nines Plaza, with awards presented immediately following the final finisher.
Make a morning of it! Family-friendly activities kick off at 7:30 a.m. and continue until 10 a.m., featuring a bounce house, sno cones, a coffee truck, chalk art, and access to the Nines Plaza slides. Strollers and well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome, making this an event the whole family can enjoy.
Participants will be timed, and awards will be given to the top male and female finishers overall, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age category. Registration opens June 1, with options to participate with or without a commemorative T-shirt. Be sure to register by August 27 to guarantee your shirt!
Packet pick-up is available at the Community Center on Friday, September 11 from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., or the morning of the race beginning at 7 a.m. at Nines Plaza.
