Who Can Participate

This training program is for EGUSD employees only. All EGUSD employees are eligible to participate.

If your household members want to participate in a Fleet Feet Training Program, please contact Fleet Feet for information on other programs.

Dates, Days, Times, and Locations

April 13, 2026 - June 6, 2026

Training plan begins on April 13, 2026. The first group practice is on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Fleet Feet Elk Grove

All other practices days, times, and locations:

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Elk Grove High School Track, 9800 Elk Grove Florin Rd, Elk Grove, CA 95624
Saturdays at 7:30 AM at Fleet Feet Elk Grove, 7460 Elk Grove Blvd #120, Elk Grove, CA 95757

Coaching

Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching.

Training Plan

Your 8-week training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is periodized to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.

Community

The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early mornings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.

Suggested Pre-Program Activity Level

No Boundaries is designed for athletes who want to walk or run their first 5K, or for athletes who want to return to walking/running after time away from exercise. Before joining No Boundaries, you should be able to walk or jog/run 1 mile continuously.

Participants must be injury-free and medically able to participate in an exercise program.
