Runway Walk Parking - COMMUNITY WALK

🅿️ EVENT PARKING INFORMATION 🅿️

This parking booking system is for the Runway COMMUNITY WALK event ONLY.

Event day is fast approaching, and we want to ensure your experience takes off without a hitch ✈️

Due to the unique nature of the venue, parking is extremely limited and must be pre-booked in advance.

To assist with traffic management and help ensure a smooth arrival experience for all participants, anyone requiring parking must register their vehicle in advance.

🚗 Parking Bookings (Required)

• One parking ticket = one vehicle + one parking space
• If travelling with others, only one booking per car is required
• Only vehicles with a valid booking will be permitted entry

🛑 No Booking = No Entry

Once parking allocation is exhausted, there will be no further opportunity to park on event day.

📍 Parking Allocation

You are booking a general parking space only.

Your exact parking location and arrival instructions will be provided in the week leading up to the event.

📱 Parking Access
Please have your parking QR code ready to present on arrival (either on your phone or printed).

♿ Accessibility Parking

If you require accessibility parking:

• You must book an Accessibility Parking ticket
• You must hold a valid permit
• Permits must be displayed on event day
• Staff will check permits upon arrival

• Parking is strictly limited and subject to availability
• Bookings are mandatory — no exceptions
• Follow all directions from event staff
• Allow extra time for arrival
• Carpooling is STRONGLY encouraged where possible

🚍 If Parking Sells Out
Once parking capacity is reached, participants will be required to arrive via the event shuttle services.
Further details, including pick-up locations and timings, will be shared closer to the event.
