JUNIOR COURSE (6-8 year olds)
SWIM 50 meters - Swim Route
BIKE 1.5 mile (1 lap) - Bike Route
RUN 1/2 mile (1 lap) - Run Route
INTERMEDIATE COURSE (9-11 year olds)
SWIM 100 meters (4 lengths - 2 laps - of the pool) - Swim Route
BIKE 3 mile (2 laps) - Bike Route
RUN 1 mile (2 laps) - Run Route
SENIOR COURSE (12-15 year olds)
SWIM 150 meters (6 lengths - 3 laps - of the pool) - Swim Route
BIKE 4.5 mile (3 laps) - Bike Route
RUN 1.5 mile (3 laps) - Run Route
*1 length of the DeWitt Aquatic Center Pool is 25 meters

Helmets: Helmets must be worn at all times while on your bike. This means before, during, and after the event.
Penalty: Disqualification
Bike Route Rules:
Keep at least three bike lengths of clear space between you and the cyclist in front. If you move into the zone, pass within 15 seconds.
Keep to the right hand side of the lane of travel unless passing.
Penalty: Variable time penalty

Your age on December 31, 2026 will be the age group you will compete in on race day. Age is NOT determined by your age on race day.
