Hike 9km of beautiful forest trails through the Mackenzie Basin, starting and finishing at Den Duyf Park. Gather your friends and family, step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and be part of something meaningful. Beyond the trail, this event is about bringing our community together in support of local healthcare.

The Pemberton & District Health Care Foundation is a non-profit that advocates for and funds healthcare services, facilities, and equipment for the communities it serves. Right now, they're working in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health to raise funds for diagnostic equipment needed in the Emergency Department of the Pemberton Health Care Centre — equipment that directly benefits everyone in the valley. Our members are dedicated to and passionate about having access to the best health care in Pemberton.
Every registration helps bring that goal closer.

- Aid station at the halfway mark.

*All participants are asked to register to help us ensure a safe and well-organized event.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult (19+).
If your child is walking the route, please include them in your registration.
Infants and toddlers in carriers are welcome and do not need to be registered, but remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.

1. Online registration is available up until the start of the event. If you register in the last 24 hours please bring confirmation of entry to check-in.
2. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.
3. All funds payable in CAN dollars.
4. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster, Endurance Specific or The Walk for Wellness for your registration into this event.
Terms and Conditions
Registration & Donation
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the minimum required donation.
- All donations are final and will be directed to Pemberton Health Care Foundation.
- Where applicable, official donation receipts will be issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
- All participants must register to help us ensure a safe and well-organized event.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult (19+). If your child is walking the route, please include them in your registration.

No Refunds, Transfers, or Deferrals
- All donations are non-refundable.
- Registrations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
- Deferrals are not permitted; registrations cannot be carried forward to future events.
Event Modifications or Cancellation
- The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (including weather or public safety concerns).
- In such cases, Pemberton Healthcare Foundation will retain all donations, and they will not be refunded.
