Our story…

Our team is proud to participate in the Motorcycle Ride to Live to support the fight against prostate cancer. For many of us, this cause is deeply personal. We are riding for the men in our lives who have faced this diagnosis with courage and determination, including our fathers, grandfathers, husbands, and brothers. We believe every family has a reason to care about this disease, and together we can help fund critical research, improve early detection, and support better outcomes for future generations. We would love your financial support and are grateful for every dollar that goes to this cause. Thank you for helping us turn miles into hope. For those we've lost, for those still fighting, and for those yet to be diagnosed, we ride. 🏍️💙

We’ve signed up for the Westcoast Motorcycle Ride to Live in support of the important work of Island Prostate Centre. This year’s ride takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Trust us—we get it… prostate cancer isn’t the easiest thing to talk about.

But the reality is this: 1 in 8 men on Vancouver Island will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

We know 8 men. You know 8 men.

We need to make sure the men in our lives continue to have access to the critical, free support they need—when they need it most.

So this is where we make it personal—we need your help.

By taking part in the Ride to Live and committing to fundraising, we’re doing our part to ensure patients can access these essential services. But we can’t do it alone.

Because of you, men can access Island Prostate Centre’s Nurse Navigator program.
Because of you, they can learn from experts about nutrition, exercise, and self-care.
Because of you, when a man hears the words “you have prostate cancer,” he won’t have to face it alone.
