Volunteer Information
Volunteer registration is now open for the 2026 West Van Run - September Edition, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to help organize epic two weeks of racing for our community! We have several volunteer opportunities available across different days:
- Friday, September 25: Package Pick-up
- Saturday, September 26: Event Day Support
- Friday, October 2: Package Pick-up
- Saturday, October 3: Event Day Support
Join the organizing crew to help make 2026 West Van Run #2 run smoothly! Volunteers can sign up for multiple shifts across both race weeks and use those combined shifts toward volunteer rewards.
Volunteer Rewards
All volunteers → West Van Run t-shirt
1 shift → $15 gift card to lovelarte
2 shifts → $25 gift card to lovelarte
3 shifts → Entry into the 5K or 10K or $35 gift card to lovelarte
4 shifts → Entry into both the 5K and 10K or $45 gift card to lovelarte
Important: Event day volunteers must attend one training session the week before the event.
