This event is the inaugural annual 5K for Promise House TT. It is a moment to celebrate life, as we raise funds and generate awareness for Promise House, Promise Haven and Promise Hospice. The main goal of the 5K is to raise critical funds and national awareness to sustain and expand Promise House TT’s free, compassionate care for vulnerable patients and families across Trinidad and Tobago

Founded in 2018, Promise House TT (PHTT) is a registered non-profit organization committed to bridging critical gaps in care for underserved communities in Trinidad and Tobago through a compassionate, integrated approach. At the heart of its work is Promise House, a welcoming “home away from home” for pediatric patients with cancer and other chronic disease and their families, where accommodation, transportation, and other support are provided free of charge to ease the burden of treatment. Building on this mission, PHTT also operates Promise Hospice, offering free dignified, 24-hour palliative and end-of-life care to adult cancer patients, as well as Promise Haven: a vibrant, village-style community where seniors can live with dignity, independence, and connection. Through every service, Promise House TT brings comfort, hope, and care to those who need it most—made possible by the generosity of supporters like you.
