It’s that time of year again to get the community moving. This year because we stand by our mission, we’ve made this race accessible to everybody, yes you. It’s $18.65 plus fees and includes a medal.
With your support, we’re hoping to fundraise for more intergenerational health and wellness programming and initiative and also provide some youth scholarships!
The Peace Runners 773 Juneteenth Wellness 5K is an annual community event in Chicago's Garfield Park neighborhood. While official registration for the 2026 race has not yet opened, it traditionally takes place in mid-June to commemorate Juneteenth
