If you know me, you know I believe in the power of showing up—and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when people come together around something bigger than themselves. 

This year, I’m bringing my village together for the I Run for Girls 5K with Team Walk It Like We Talk It. 

Whether you’re someone who loves to run, prefers a good walk, or just wants an excuse to get outside and move with some great people, I’d love for you to join us. Let’s get our steps in—not just for our own health, but for a cause that matters.

Every step we take supports girls across New Jersey by helping create opportunities for them to build confidence, find their voice, try new things, and know that they have people in their corner. 

This team is about more than a 5K. It’s about community, connection, and showing girls what it looks like when people believe in them and show up for them.
