Join us for a morning of movement, community, and celebration! Whether you run, walk, or stroll, come out to support the life-saving work of the Alberta Children's Hospital.

Registration is FREE, although donations are encouraged and the event is 100% kid-friendly—bring the whole family!

📅 Event Details

• When: Saturday, May 30th, 2026

• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Where: Montgomery Community Association (5003 16 Ave NW, Calgary)

• Cost: Free (Donations over $20 receive a tax receipt). There are no fees to participate though we ask that you please donate to the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation if you can help: https://my.childrenshospital.ab.ca/fundraiser/5136200.

❤️ Why We Run: James’ Story

In February 2023, our son James was diagnosed with toxic shock syndrome at age 4. He required emergency life-support (ECMO), a program that only exists at the Alberta Children's Hospital because the Foundation raised the funds to pay for it.

Today, James is a symbol of resilience. We are committed to paying it forward so that the 100,000+ kids treated here every year get the same fighting chance. Every child deserves the best care possible.
