How Do I Register?
Register via the Enter Now! button on the right. If you are ANSW member wanting to enter the State Championship entries, please click here
Can I register on the day?
Yes, you can use the event entry registration available here right up until race start. However, please note, this is a cash free event.
How much does it cost?
Entry Costs are available here
Members of ANSW can receive a discount should they enter via the ANSW member entry available here
How old do I need to be to enter?
For the Sydney Half you need to be 16 years of age by the 31st of December, 2026 (Born 2010) and for the 10km event you need to be 12 year old by the 31st of December, 2026 (Born 2014) . There is no age restriction for the Family Fun Run however, any athlete 8 years old or under needs to run with another paying adult.
Can I have my race bib posted?
Yes, if you register by midnight, Sunday 9th August you will have the option to have your bib posted with an additional cost of $9.00 (additional fees apply).
Anyone who registers on or after Monday 10th August will be able to collect their bib between during the following times at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.
Friday 11th September: 3 pm - 7 pm
Saturday 12th September: 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday 13th September (Race Morning): From 5 am
Can I transfer my entry to another person or obtain a refund?
You can transfer your entry to another person or to another distance. This is done automatically through Race Roster, our registration system. If you have an entry, log in to Race Roster and hit the transfer button and follow the instructions.
Refunds will be processed in line with our refund policy available here.
Event Information
Where is the Course? Is it accurate
The course runs through many of the landmarks of Sydney Olympic Park. Starting on Dawn Fraser Avenue runs through Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre, around the Accor Stadium and finishing on the Athletics Track.
It is fast and flat and perfect for participants of all standards to run that elusive PB.
The course is AIMS certified. A fancy way of saying it is 100% accurate.

Is there a drink station?
Yes, there are two water stations on the course. Please view the course map here to see the locations.
There is no water station for the Family Fun Run.
Water and fruit will be available at the finish line
Pre-Race
I had my bib posted however it hasn't arrived?
If you selected bib postage at the time of entry your bib should arrive by the Monday before race day. Please contact NSW Athletics if it has not arrived via our contact us form here
Where can I collect my bib?
You may collect your bib from the NSW Athletics office located within the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre at the following times:
Friday, 11th September: 3pm - 7pm
Saturday, 12th September: 10am - 6pm
Sunday 13th September (Race Morning): From 5am
We encourage all participants to collect their bib prior to race morning, otherwise they may experience delays which may impact their experience at the race.
Can someone else collect my bib?
Yes, they can, they will just need your confirmation receipt.
What happens if I lose my bib?
You will need to report to the bib collection area during the designated opening times and our staff will be able to assist you.
Race Morning
What time should I arrive?
In general, if you have already registered and received your race pack (you have your race bib and timing chip), you should arrive at the race venue no later than 30 minutes prior to your race start time.
If you still need to collect your race bib or register, you should arrive no later than 1 hour prior to your race start time.
How do I get there Is there a parking area?
4 Hours free parking will be available for Athletes/Spectators that park in P1, P2, P3 or P4. Please note:
- Parking tickets can be validated at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre Reception.
- Parking validation will only be available until 2pm.
- Pre-paid parking cannot be validated or refunded.
- Parking validation is not provided for those arriving on Friday or Saturday to bib collection

Is there a bag drop?
There will be NO designated bag drop area available.
Post-Race
Where do I find my results and collect my medal?
Race Results will be published on the web live. A link will be provided shortly.
You can collect your finisher's medal as you cross the finish line within the post event area.
