East Haven Community Classic

5K Road Race

The East Haven Community Classic 5K Road Race follows a flat, fast course which passes through residential neighborhoods and the East Haven business district including by Town Hall and the historic Old Stone Church. All proceeds from this event benefit the East Haven Police Athletic League, which provides wholesome safe sports programs to local East Haven youth.

Early packet pick-up will be available on Saturday, September 12, at Marathon Sports Branford from 12-6pm. Same-day packet pick-up also available starting at 6:45 am on Sunday, September 13.

Registration via this online portal only. Registration shall remain open until 7:50 am on race day.

All streets on the course will re-open by 9:00 am on race day.

  • Students 18 yrs and under $15
  • Group discount 3 - 4 participants.
    • When registering multiple participants, a 10% discount will be applied to second, third and fourth (if applicable) participant.

Kids Fun Run

  • $10 plus processing fees

  • Race Day
    • 6:45 am - Packet pickup opens
    • 7:30 am - "Almost 1 Mile" Fun Run start
    • 8:00 am - Community Classic 5K start
