Complete your virtual run/walk anywhere you choose: Road, Park, Neighbourhood, Beach Treadmill etc.

Walk, jog or run! Your pace, your way.

2. Send proof of completion

  • Complete the 5K within 2 months of registration
  • Track your activity from a running app (Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, Fitbit etc.)
  • Screenshot the activity
