Refund Protection Waiver
Sport Northland offers an optional Refund Protection product at checkout. This product provides coverage if you are unable to attend the event for approved reasons, allowing you to apply for a refund directly through the protection provider.
If you choose not to purchase Refund Protection, please note the following:
Sport Northland does not offer refunds outside of the Refund Protection product.
All entries are final once submitted.
This applies to all participants, including those entered by schools and later invoiced. Once a school submits entries, it is responsible for all associated fees regardless of payment timing.
By entering this event, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are only available through the purchased Refund Protection product.
CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event of cancellation, notice will be given on Northland's More FM 91.6 and on our Facebook Page. Where possible, attempts will be made to email participants who have supplied an email address with their entry.
All schools will be notified of this decision ASAP. While we will endeavour to make a decision to cancel an event as early as possible due to the nature of such events, situations can occur. See our refund structure below.
