Race Course Management

A Race Course Marshal is a critical, position responsible for ensuring the safety and correct navigation of participants during an athletic event. Marshals act as the eyes and ears for event organisers on the ground, directing athletes, managing hazards, and acting as a liaison between participants, public, and emergency services. Water Stop Assistants get the Water station ready, distribute water at event and pick up garbage from said event. (17+) Call time 2 hours before the events start time.

Role Overview Odessey Timing & Events is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Electronic Timer to assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of race timing systems at sporting events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and have a strong interest in technology and sports. (18+). Call time 2 hours before the events start time.

We are seeking reliable and responsible Drivers to assist with transporting equipment and team members to and from events. This role is critical to ensuring our race operations run smoothly and on time. Divers will assist with set up and break down on Race Site. (25+)
