Philadelphia Marathon Weekend - Waitlist Applications
November 20-22, 2026
Rules:
- Participants interested in the waitlist can sign up on this site. The waitlist is first come, first served.
- A credit card is required to join the waitlist, but will *not* be charged unless you are selected.
- We will release as spots become available; if you are selected, your credit card will be charged and your registration for the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend will be confirmed.
- If you’d like to be removed from the waitlist before your credit card is charged, you must email info@philadelphiamarathon.com with the subject line ‘Waitlist cancellation – [Philadelphia Marathon]’.
- If a waitlisted runner is selected and registered but can no longer compete, the standard transfer and deferral policies will apply. If you are accepted into the 2026 event, but wish to defer to 2027, the deadline to defer is November 1. The deadline to transfer to another event is September 7 while registration for that event is still open. Please review the transfer/deferral instructions for details on fees, deadlines, and restrictions.

The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend has the perfect event for seasoned or first-time athletes.
