Completing your Virtual 5K:
1. Run/Walk your 5K
Complete your 5K anywhere you choose: Road, Park, Neighbourhood, Beach Treadmill etc.
Walk, jog or run! Your pace, your way.
2. Send proof of completion
- Complete the 5K within 2 months of registration
- Track your activity from a running app (Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, Fitbit etc.)
- Screenshot the activity
- Submit your proof via Whatsapp - (868) 489-4041)
