RACE DAY
Race Day Registration and Bib Pickup will begin at 8:00 AM at Jess Lucas Park in Hapeville. You will be able to register onsite on race day. If you register onsite, you will receive a bib, however we cannot guarantee that you will receive a t-shirt.
The race begins at 9:00 AM.
Kids Fun Run Begins at 8:30 AM Children are welcome - register kids 12 and under for the Kids Fun Run! IT'S FREE! All finishers will receive medals. (No T-Shirts for the Kids Fun Run)
Medals: Must preregister to guarantee receipt. Medals for virtual runners who pre-register after September 1st will be mailed out after the race. If you registered for the in-person 5K, you must be present to receive your medal.
IF YOU REGISTERED FOR THE IN-PERSON 5K, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE A SHIRT.
VIRTUAL REGISTRATIONS CAN NOT BE CONVERTED TO IN-PERSON
Only those that registered for the virtual 5K will have their shirts and medals shipped to them.
**If you signed up for the virtual 5K, your items will not be available for pickup at the park**
Awards Ceremony will follow the 5K. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers.
The Represent Yourself 5K is a Rain or Shine Event!
Parking: Parking is FREE! We will have several event parking volunteers to assist you with parking. There is parking adjacent to Jess Lucas Park as well as along South Central Ave. and North Central Ave.
DO NOT PARK AT THE POST OFFICE!!
Fun After the Run: Be sure to stick around after the race to enjoy the Fun After the Run festivities
COURSE and TIMING
We are USATF Certified!
The start and finish line will be filled with energy, music, and refreshments. We'll be chip timing the start and finish.
After the run be sure to hang around for Fun After the Run where there will be even more fun and dancing for all to enjoy!
FAQs
Q: What is the final day for registration?
A: Final online registration is September 21, 2026. You will be able to register onsite at 8:00 AM when you arrive at the park.
Q: When will I receive my medal?
A: You will receive your official Represent Yourself medal on race day only. Medals for virtual walkers/runners who register by September 1st will be mailed before the race. All other virtual participants will receive their medals after the race.
Q: How can I contribute more?
A: If you're not able to attend, please consider donating to the foundation.
If you are registered you can contribute to yourself, a team or another individual participant.
Q: If I signed up for the in-person race, do I need to be present to receive my medal?
A: Yes, due to the logistical challenge to coordinate individual medal distribution after the race, you must be present.
Q: Can someone else pick up my medal for me?
A: Yes, as long as they have a print out of your registration confirmation. If you cannot be present, please make arrangements.

We love teams! You can create a new team or select from an existing team. MAKE SURE TO CHECK FOR AN EXISTING TEAM FIRST BEFORE CREATING A NEW TEAM! When you set up a team, don't forget to personalize the page by adding an image and updating the donation goal for your team. Thank you.
