Science helped save my life—twice. I’m Sy Robinson, a two-time breast cancer survivor, educator, author, publisher, cosmetology expert, and founder of Robinson’s Reach Foundation. That’s why I’m proud to support the Freemont Foundation’s 13th Annual Represent Yourself 5K. On Saturday, September 26, my team will walk and run to raise scholarship funds for students pursuing STEM degrees, primarily at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. These future scientists, physicians, researchers, engineers, and innovators deserve the opportunity to continue their education and change lives.
