- 8:30 - 9:45am Packet Pickup and late registration
- 9:20 - 9:40am Swim Warmup
- 9:45am - Welcome / Pre-Race Instructions / National Anthem
- 10:00am - Race Start - Heats begin based on age group. Oldest to youngest.
