What is the Ravens Rumble?

After the success of the last two years of Ravens Rumble, we are excited to build on this new tradition at Aspengrove and hold the third annual Ravens Rumble & Year-End picnic.

This 3km obstacle course event - for all ages and athletic abilities - is a great way to explore the trails of our expansive campus, work together as a team, get some exercise, and most importantly, have fun!

Get your friends and family together and create a team! Bring out your creative costumes, fundraise, and run together all in support of our amazing school!

Countdown to event

Race Day Schedule

Location: Race Central, Large Field, Aspengrove School

View the Course Map & Obstacles here. (Map & obstacles subject to change slightly.)

  • 8:00 - 10:00 am: Set Up
  • 10:15 am: Race/Swag Bib Pickup Opens. Final course sweep to check everything is in order.
  • 12 pm: Food Trucks Open
  • 12:30 pm: Pre-race warm up
  • 12:45 pm: Competitive teams pre-race briefing (mandatory for all competitive racers)
  • 1:00 pm: Competitive Race Starts
  • 2:15 pm: Fun Run teams pre-race briefing (mandatory for all fun run racers)
  • 2:30 pm: Competitive course cut-off. All racers to finish.
  • 2:30 pm: Fun Run Starts
  • 3:00 pm: Awards for competitive racers
  • 3:30 pm: Fun Run course cut-off. All racers to finish. Final course sweep.

All Afternoon – Party on the Field!! Not wanting to participate? Bring a blanket, some field games, visit with friends, and cheer on the runners! There will be Food Trucks to purchase food or bring a picnic! Young kids can enjoy the bouncy castles in the Kid Zone!
