Stepping Up in Memory of My Brother In 2022, my family and I lost my brother, Chris Maton. His loss has left a space in our lives that can never be filled. I’m participating in Step Up for Mental Health in his memory, to help raise awareness and support those who may be struggling with their mental health. I’m stepping up for my brother, for those who are suffering in silence, and for the hope that no one has to feel alone.
