My Story…

I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and Migraines in March of 2025. When I was first diagnosed I never thought I would be able to workout or challenge myself again. Having migraines has changed my life in hard ways but it has also forced me to be more intentional about how I take care of myself and I am grateful for that. It feels only fitting that my first ever 5k is with Miles for Migraine.
