Join us on Saturday, September 19 at Hopkinton State Park to challenge stigma, promote well-being, and spread the message that people experiencing mental health and other life challenges are valued, whole, and vital members of our communities. Proceeds from this event benefit The Michael Jones Memorial Fund at Advocates.

Race Course and Accessibility
The course will take you through scenic Hopkinton State Park. The course is on pavement with some rolling hills and is fully wheelchair accessible. The 1-mile course is untimed. ASL interpreters are confirmed for this event. If you require additional accommodations, please contact RaceDirector@Advocates.org.
Participants are invited to walk, run, or roll! Walkers, joggers, runners, strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs are welcome. Due to safety concerns, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, racing wheelchairs, and racing handcycles are not permitted.
Race Day Schedule
8:00–10:30 a.m. Registration packet pick-up
8:30 a.m. Vendors and kids activities open
9:45 a.m. Kids fun run (50 yard and 100 yard fun run)
10:00 a.m. Opening remarks
10:30 a.m. 5K and 1-miler kick off
11:15 a.m. Awards and closing remarks
12:00 p.m. Event ends
Race Packet and Bib Pick-up
Race shirts and bibs will be available for pick up on Friday, September 18. Pickup time and location will be announced closer to event date. Race shirts and bibs can also be picked up the morning of the race beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the registration booth.
Individual and Team Prizes
This year's race will include prizes for both individuals and teams. Individual prizes include those for overall top finishers (male, female, and non-binary), and top finishers by gender in the following age categories: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60+.
There will be four team prizes this year:
- Biggest Fundraisers: The team to raise the most donations!
- Fastest 5K Team: The fastest four 5K times from the team are added together.
- Most Creative Team Name: Names that give us a chuckle earn extra points!
- Most Team Spirit: Show your team pride and camaraderie by cheering each other on, wearing team outfits, and making noise!

Event T-Shirts
T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 250 registrants. All subsequent registrants will receive a t-shirt, if available, based on registration date.
Same-Day Registration
Space permitting, same-day registration will be available between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Checks, credit card, and cash will be accepted. But please don't wait to register—in previous years, we've sold out up to a week before the event!
