The Bartlett Lions are proud to present the 21th annual Lions Dash 5K/10K and Kids & Family Dash.

Races start and finish at James Pate Phillip Park and the course will take you into the beautiful woods of the park.

Funds raised are used by the Bartlett Lions for those in need in our community.

All early bird 5K and 10K participants are guaranteed a moisture wicking shirt in their requested size.

Kids registered for the Kids & Family dash or those kids running/walking the 5K or 10K requesting child size shirts will receive cotton shirts.

Shirts by availability with race day registration.

RACE LOCATION:
Once again, this year the Lions Day Dash will be held inside James "Pate" Phillip State Park, 2050 West Stearns Road, Bartlett.

COURSE - KIDS & FAMILY DASH:

The Kids & Family Dash is a fast, fun, non-competitive race for kids of all ages. There will be two distances, 100 yard dash and 1/4 mile. It is recommended that children under 5 years old be registered for the 100 yard dash. Parents are welcome to run with their children, especially the younger ones. The goal of these short races is to encourage fun and fitness. Each participant will receive a participation medal.


TEAM CHALLENGE:
Sign up for our TEAM CHALLENGE. Teams consist of four or more runners or walkers. There will be trophies awarded to the largest team in both the 5K and the 10K and trophies awarded to the fastest team in both the 5K and 10K. Teams must be registered before the race begins. Fastest team is based on the average finishing time of all those registered to that team. This year you can add yourself to a team on race day or right here on RaceRoster! So get your friends, family, neighbors or co-workers together for a fun TEAM CHALLENGE!


REGISTRATION - MORE DETAILS:
Participants may register for any of our races and the Team Challenge online until Saturday, August 23 at 8:00 pm. You can also register on race day between 6:45 and 7:45 am at the race. Registration on race day fees increase by $5.00 for each race. There will be no pre-race day packet pick up.


BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Portable facilities will be available at the park.

AWARDS:
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners, 5K and 10K, plus the top three in the following age groups, male and female: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 & over. Awards will be presented after the finish of the Kids & Family Dash. Participation ribbons will be given to all those that complete the Kids & Family Dash.
