The Pulse of the Nation 5K Walk/Run

Together we build a stronger, more efficient, and people-centered public service. Join us for an afternoon of wellness, unity, and team spirit!

Important Information:

• This is a Public Service STAFF ONLY event.

• All Tshirts are currently SOLD OUT. Only packages WITHOUT Tshirts are available.

• Participants must register using their official work email address.

• Registrations completed with personal email addresses will not be permitted.

• Only verified staff members will be allowed to compete in the race.

• Friends and family are welcome to attend and support participants but are not eligible to compete for medals or prizes.

• Refreshments will be on sale at the venue.

• No Tshirt? No problem! All participants are encouraged to WEAR WHITE.

NOTE:
If you are a Public Servant without a valid Public Service email, please register with your personal email and immediately email your Ministry Representative and publicserviceday@gov.tt to assist with your order verification.

LOCATIONS: Please collect at the location selected upon registration
