Millions 4 Menopause 5K

The 2nd Annual Millions 4 Menopause: Awareness Walk is making history — and you're invited!

In the heart of New York City's Prospect Park, this powerful event will raise visibility and critical funding for a long-overlooked health issue: menopause. With over 85% of women experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disruption, libido loss, and vaginal dryness, it’s time the world took notice.

MPowered Menopause believes early education is the key to building awareness and removing the veil of stigma around menopause. To support the next generation, girls and boys of all abilities (ages 8 to 18) are welcome to join the Menopause 5K Walk or Run for FREE. While registration is required, entry fees are fully covered by the generosity of our community.
