
The CARICOM 10K & 5K Run/Walk is organized to promote regional unity, health, wellness, and community participation. All participants, volunteers, sponsors, and officials are expected to cooperate fully to ensure a safe and successful event.
| Registration & Packet Collection |
- Participants must complete registration prior to race day via the registration link no later than Friday, 18 June 2026:
- Race packets will include:
- Bib number
- Timing chip
- Event T-shirt
- Route information
- Participants are required to present a valid photo ID when collecting race packets.
- Race packets are non-transferable
| Accommodation |
Accommodation for participants is available at the Hotel set out in Annex 1 and at the rates indicated therein. All participants are requested to secure accommodation directly with the hotel recommended by the Host Government.
Participants are urged to reserve hotel accommodation by 15 June 2026. All reservations secured after said period will be charged at the regular rates.

Participants are encouraged to arrive at least one hour before race start
| Race Rules & Safety |
- Participants must follow all instructions from race marshals, police officers, and event officials.
- Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the front of the shirt.
- Unauthorized bicycles, skates, scooters, or pets are not permitted on the course.
- Participants should remain on the designated route at all times.
- Any participant displaying unsportsmanlike conduct may be disqualified.
| Hydration & Medical Support |
- Water stations will be positioned along the route and at the finish line.
- Medical personnel and emergency response teams will be stationed throughout the course.
- Participants with existing medical conditions should notify event officials before the race.
| Traffic & Road Closures |
- Temporary road closures and traffic diversions will be in effect during the event.
- Motorists are asked to cooperate with traffic personnel and observe all posted detours.
- Residents and businesses along the route are advised to plan accordingly.
| Parking & Transportation |
- Designated parking areas will be identified for participants and spectators.
- Participants are encouraged to carpool where possible.
- Shuttle transportation may be provided from selected locations.
| Bag Check & Personal Belongings |
- A secure bag check area will be available at the event venue.
- Participants should avoid bringing valuables.
- The organizing committee is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and media coverage for promotional and public relations purposes.
| Environmental Responsibility |
Participants and spectators are encouraged to:
- Dispose of waste in designated bins
- Avoid littering along the route
- Support environmentally responsible event practices
