Bring your family and friends (including the furry ones) to a fun run/walk for a cause at our 8th Annual Run For Your Life 5K Color Run! You can help us spread awareness about substance misuse in Alachua County and support our mission to provide prevention services to youth and adults in our community.

The event includes:

Fitness instructor warm-up session (GNV Health & Fitness)
Narcan demonstration
Free Breakfast -- Bananas, apples, granola bars, muffins, popsicles, etc.
Community fair with resources from local organizations
Plenty of raffle prizes - for example, a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card or the Nike grand prize basket!

There are six powder stations on the track, so be ready! At the end of the 5K, we'll hand out medals and have an Instagram-worthy group photo! Register now to save with Early Bird prices until September 6th.

Groups of 4 or more also receive a 10% discount when they register together.

Bag pickup will take place the morning of the event during check-in, as a participant you'll receive the event shirt, sunglasses, raffle tickets, and more!

The current list includes: 4 Rivers Smokehouse, Cheesecake Factory, Gator Domino's (Pizza for a Year) gift cards, and a Nike Gift Basket grand prize.

Do you have any old or unused medications sitting at home? Bring them with you to the 5K Color Run! HPW will collect and dispose of medications safely through Rx Destroyer at the event for free. All medications except for sharps (needles) and inhalers are gladly accepted!

All proceeds from this event will help support the Alachua County Health Promotion and Wellness (HPW) Coalition, a non-profit organization that strives to prevent youth substance use and provide various health education services to Alachua County residents. * *This is a Fun Run and times will not be recorded. Please bring your own tracking device to record your time at the 5k.

** We are unable to exchange shirt sizes at pick up, the size you select at registration is the one you will receive for the 5k

**Adult Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult or parent.

**Refunds: We have a small, but awesome team working to host this event safely for you and everyone in our community. We are currently not able to issue refunds for this event.
