Deltones Independence 5k

A morning walk/run on the eve of Independence Day featuring love Trinbago Cultural expressions along the route. Participants move through zones with tassa, steelband, Rhythm sections and moko jumbie, culminating in a Cultural finale at the finish line to celebrate health, community, and national pride.

This 5k is fundraising venture for the host organization that takes the shape of an extension of our monthly 10k walks geared towards improving health, culture and bringing the community together.
