PROMOTING MOVEMENT AS A WELCOMING COMMUNITY TO EVERYONE AND EVERY(BODY).
Often, people are intimidated to try new activities because they fear they are not strong, fast, or fit enough. Our goal is to squash these fears through short, friendly introductory sessions featuring a variety of activities offered right here in Stouffville.
Each participant will join a group that circuits through five different intro sessions of Running, Spin, HYROX Training, Functional Strength, and Yoga.
These classes are designed for beginners who are looking to try something new, build confidence, and challenge themselves in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Hydration and fueling will be provided by our sponsors, WakeWater and XACT Nutrition.
Registration is required, and spaces are limited. Only Register if you can commit to attending.

We recommended everyone to bring a pair of running shoes, a water bottle and a towel. Please note this is a rain or shine event.
