Raise money for Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon
At Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon, we envision a province where families stay close to their sick children. Today, 2 out of 3 Canadians live in a city or town without a children’s hospital, meaning they must travel long distances when their child is seriously ill. Our mission is to give sick children the healing power of being together with family.
More than a place to stay, Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon provides a home away from home, a community of support, and access to Wellness Programs such as Family Meals that help reduce families' financial and emotional burdens. In 2014, due to increasing demand for our services, a 73-bedroom House was unveiled on the grounds of BC Children’s Hospital along with a new 2,000 sq. ft. Ronald McDonald Family Room in Surrey Memorial Hospital. As the second-largest House in Canada and one of the largest in the world, Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon will continue to grow to meet the needs of families across BC and Yukon.
For over 40 years, Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon has depended on community support to serve families with seriously ill children, and we thank you for keeping families close when it matters most.
