Why raise funds for the Ironton Fire Department?
Every year, the Ironton Volunteer Fire Department responds to numerous emergencies in the Cuyuna Recreation Area. They help many cyclists in their greatest time of need.
We are asking cyclists of all types, from near and far, to show their appreciation by helping our volunteer fire fighters purchase new equipment. Our brave firefighters recently battled the Flanders Fire near Crosslake and while they helped protect lives and property, their fire hose was damaged. Let's say "thank you" by helping them raise funds for a replacement!
