Raise money for Marmot Recovery Foundation
Found nowhere else in the world, the Vancouver Island marmot is one of Canada’s rarest mammal, and an important part of Vancouver Island’s natural heritage.
Mount Washington is home to the Tony Barrett Mount Washington Marmot Recovery Centre, a key part of the conservation breeding and release program working to restore wild marmot populations across the Island.
The Monster Marmot Trail Race was created to bring the community together, raise awareness and generate meaningful support for this remarkable local species.
Make an additional donation and help keep the Vancouver Island marmot recovery story moving forward.
