Get ready for the highly anticipated 4th annual Dogtown Doggy Dash – happening Sunday, September 13th at 8 AM! Presented by Garcia Properties and Instinct Pet Food, this one-of-a-kind race celebrates the bond between humans and their four-legged best friends.
This year, we’re making the experience even more inclusive by introducing a 1-mile option - perfect for senior pups, small breeds, or any dog that just wants to enjoy the vibe without going the full distance. Whether you’re racing for time or strolling for sniffs, there’s a place for every pup at the Dogtown Doggy Dash.
Hosted by Dogtown Running Club and Blank Slate, this is more than a race - it’s a dog-centric celebration in the heart of Dogtown. The energy is high, the tails are wagging, and the memories are all about your pup.
Whether you choose the full 5k or the all-new 1-mile option, both courses are dog-friendly and open to walkers, making it easy for every pup to join the fun. Participants will receive race shirts, and dogs will get a bandana to show off their style. Along the way, dogs can cool off at two water stops with splash zones sponsored by Run The Edge, and every finisher, human and canine, will earn a finisher reward to celebrate the moment. At the finish line, pups are treated to well-earned goodies, and you’ll have the chance to snap a personalized photo to remember the day together.

Packet Pickup Details
PACKET PICKUP
Option 1: Friday, September 11th at Running Niche from 3 - 6 pm
1601 Tower Grove Ave, 63110
Option 2: Sunday, September 13th at the race site from 7 am - 7:55 am.
Race-day packet pickup is available starting at approximately 7 am the morning of the race. Please visit the Dogtown Running Club tent to collect your packet.
What if I can't get my packet during these times?
If you would like a friend, family member, or another participant to pick up your packet, they may do so by providing the participant's name and registration email confirmation at the time of pickup.
Parking Info
The St. Louis Zoo will generously be opening two of their lots for complimentary use by event participants: the Polar Bear lot and the Lemur lot. There is also street parking available throughout Dogtown.
