Welcome! To secure a Club Tent Spot at Yeppoon Running Festival, your team must meet the eligibility requirements below. Please review before starting your registration.
Eligibility
A minimum of 10 registered team members is required to qualify for a Club Tent.
Teams with fewer than 10 members will not be eligible for tent allocation.
All team members must be registered under the same team name.
What You’re Registering For
Exclusive access to a Yeppoon Running Festival Club Tent Spot on race day.
Important: Teams are responsible for bringing their own tents and equipment. No tents will be provided by the event organisers.
Registration Process

Receive confirmation of your Club Tent allocation (subject to eligibility).
Your Tent Spot number will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

Tent spaces are limited and allocated on a first-registered basis.
Incomplete teams (fewer than 10 members) will not qualify.
You may update team members before registration closes.
All tents and personal property are used at your own risk. Event organisers are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of tents or belongings.
By continuing, you acknowledge that your team will meet the minimum 10-member requirement to be eligible for Club Tent access and that you will bring your own tent.
