iHeartMedia St. Louis recognizes the effect Breast Cancer has on the women in the African American community and their families. We continue our dedication to the African American community in 2026 encouraging women to get mammograms because early detection saves lives. This year we are hosting our 17th Annual Sista Strut 3K Walk sponsored by Brown & Crouppen and St. Louis Community Credit Union on Saturday, October 3rd in Downtown St. Louis at the corner of 14th and Market to continue bringing awareness and raise money to give back to the community.

When and Where is Sista Strut?
Sista Strut is a Breast Cancer Awareness walk that will be held Saturday, October 3rd in downtown St. Louis sponsored by Brown & Crouppen and St Louis Community Credit Union. The pre-walk prep rally will start at 8am and the traditional 3K walk will start at 9am. All participants in the 3K walk will need to meet at 15th and Chestnut at 7am.
What if it rains?
Sista Strut will proceed rain or shine.
Where do the proceeds go?
Sista Strut proceeds help benefit 5 local organizations in the St. Louis area, The Breakfast Club Inc., The Pink Angels Foundation, Siteman Cancer Center, The Mercy Breast Cancer Center and SSM Health- St. Mary's Hospital.

You can register as an individual OR TEAM MEMBER.

When is Packet Pickup?
Packet pickup details will be announced soon. Please check back for updates. When details are provided, if you cannot make it to pick up your package, please send a representative with a copy/picture of your State ID/Driver License and your Sista Strut registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES FOR SHIRT SIZES AT PICK UP. ALL REGISTRATIONS AND SHIRT SIZES ARE FINAL.
