Wild Gravel is returning on Saturday, 24 October 2026, bringing together walkers, runners, riders, supporters and spectators for one of regional Western Australia's most unique outdoor events.
Our Event Village is the heart of the day. A vibrant space where participants gather before and after their adventures to eat, shop, relax and celebrate. We're inviting businesses, event companies, food vendors, community groups and service providers to join us and help create an unforgettable event experience.
Whether you're serving great coffee, showcasing handmade products, promoting your organisation or providing event services, we'd love to hear from you.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:
- Food and beverage vendors
- Coffee vans and mobile catering
- Local producers and artisan makers
- Retail businesses
- Health, fitness and outdoor brands
- Tourism operators
- Community groups and not-for-profit organisations
- Event service providers
Stall Information
Please ensure you provide:
- A description of your business or organisation
- Your stall or vehicle size requirements
- Any site requirements
- Relevant food business approvals (where applicable)
- Current public liability insurance

Location: Event Village, Gnowangerup, Western Australia
Site access, bump-in and bump-out times, along with vendor information, will be provided closer to the event.
